From vineyards at 1200 metres layered with volcanic ash this has the most perfumed, exotic, spiced, incense and game-like fragrance that is floral and lifted yet deep. Delicious juicy ripeness on the palate, the taut medium-bodied texture is racy and smooth but such lovely acidity and refinement. Emiliana Orgánico Coyam 2008
Made by the biodynamic enthusiast and highly talented winemaker Alvaro Espinoza, it's a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenère, Syrah and Mourvèdre that builds some gorgeously fresh and aromatic brambly black fruit over a powerful tannic frame.
